Lac Creation Studio is a small, family-run studio in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We make lac bangles (lakh chudi) the traditional way — by hand, one piece at a time.
How our bangles are made
Lac is a natural resin. Our karigars warm it over a small coal flame, mix in rich colours, and roll it into shape around a wooden mould. While it is still warm, they press in glass stones, kundan, mirrors and gold foil by hand. Each bangle takes patience and a steady hand — no two are exactly the same.
